everything went as well as it possibly could go. I reached out to them over the holidays, and got a reply within an hour. The price quoted to me was pretty dang close to the actual cost. I had them pick up a living room set I bought online but couldn't move myself. They showed up at the seller's place as my proxy and professionally got everything loaded. I even had to be in a meeting at the time they moved it in, so they took care of that over the phone, even the payment. It was nice to get a quote from a mover and not have to end up on some stupid email marketing list. I will use them again when I move out of my sad little apt lol
Justin and Taylor were punctual, efficient, and polite. The price was the most competitive among all the other quotes I received.

A super professional group of guys that knew exactly what they were doing. Finished a move that I anticipated lasting all day in half the time. Packed everything with padded blankets and tie downs in our pod. Handled all our furniture as if it was a new born. 100% would hire again!

Kenneth and Aaron did an amazing job helping me move out of a three bedroom single story home and into a two bedroom, second story apartment in downtown Austin. They arrived early, worked fast and efficiently, were very careful and considerate with all of my belongings, and took apart and put my bed frame back together with ease. They were also extremely flexible with me and their time as we had to wait 30 mins to get keys to my apartment--they had the great idea to start moving stuff up anyway and didn't just stand by. Their rates are also the lowest I've seen from my research!! I will be recommending them to everyone I know and definitely using them in the future! If the low amount reviews scare you, don't let it! Very happy I chose them!
I don't write too many reviews, but Kangaroo Movers were really helpful and had excellent service!! They finished the job really fast and were accommodating the entire time. They answer really quickly if you have any questions or comments. Overall, they were super friendly and provided excellent and quick service for my move. I would definitely recommend their service and contact them again if I was to move.
They were very responsive through the Yelp chat and were punctual and extremely nice guys! I would definitely use them again!
The guys ( Taylor and Justin) were friendly, efficient and did great with directions. I would highly recommend this company for your moving needs!

Kenneth and crew did a great job moving our house from Georgetown to Leander! They were very polite and careful while moving our items. I would definitely use them again!
Excellent movers. Very professional, wrapped my furniture and took some very heavy items from third floor apartment. I'm so thankful to have hired these strong movers. I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future. They were very accommodating with my time frame and change of schedule as well. Great job guys!

They were fabulous, helpful and wore masks. I will hire them again to move from the storage unit to an apartment when I find one.

​I was under a lot of stress having just sold my home in Mazatlan, Mexico. The drive north, through the border/customs and than the long drive from Nogales to Austin was pretty exhusting and when the guys (Taylor and Justin) were there right on time and were able to unload my truck fast and efficiently, I could finally relax. Awesome experience with these guys, they moved my stuff quickly and efficiently! They came with everything to protect my furniture. I would definitely recommend this business-- it's cheaper than other companies and the quality is better! Definitely using them next time.

I am so glad I found Kangaroo movers! Incredibly fast response time along with exceptional service and incredibly professional men. Their prices were fair and reasonable as well. The trailer was more than large enough for my moving needs and the gentlemen were careful and thorough about protecting my personal items during the move. They arrived with all the proper equipment and moved swiftly and safely, getting all of my items to my new home without a scratch. I am thankful they were able to help me out during my move and I will definitely recommend them to any of my clients or friends moving in the city!

Kenneth & Justin were awesome in moving from our flat to a three story. They were very professional and took the time to break everything down & put it back up, they even took our trampoline down. These guys were awesome! I needed someone to help me move the same day because of another moving company canceling last minute and these guys answered me right away here on yelp. They were affordable and showed up when they said they would and called before arriving. They made my stress go away instantly and even helped me set up things I forgot to tell them about without an issue. I will be telling my friends and family about this company. I had so many large & heavy boxes and furniture but they moved them so quickly and carefully. From the beginning to the end of the move, they were so professional, fast and efficient yet extremely friendly! They are such hard workers, I highly recommend kangaroo movers.

I was scared at first choosing this company because they didnt have any reviews yet, but I gave them a call because they had an affordable rate. When I called and talked to Paige, I could tell she knew what she was talking about. So when the day of the move came the guys were on time, FAST, and wrapped and took care of everything. I had a 3 bedroom house moving to a 3rd floor apt and they handed the elevator and everything no problem even with the washer and dryer. Highly recommend!!
